CBS Newsman Bill Geist's storya bout Rabbit Hash politics going to the dogs -- and a a cat and a donkey -- will air on "CBS News Sunday Morning this weekend (9-10:30 p.m. Sunday, Channels 12, 7). Geist's "Top Dog" feature, taped here Oct. 4, was bumped from newscasts the past two Sundays.
Nine dogs, a donkey, a cat and at least one human named Alex are seeking to replace Mayor Junior Cochran, a Labrador retriever that died in May. Geist reports that "the claws are coming out" in the Kentucky river town, where "these candidates are behaving like animals," says CBS News publicity.
